At Spacify Shop, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You have:

A 14-day statutory right of withdrawal (for customers within the European Union) to cancel or return your order without giving any reason.

In addition, we offer all our customers the option to request a standard return up to 30 days after receipt.
1. Conditions for return

The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase or an order invoice.

Return requests must be submitted in advance by email to support@spacifyshop.com.

The return address will be provided upon approval of the request. Unsolicited returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. How to request a return

Send an email to support@spacifyshop.com with your order number and reason for return (optional when exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal).

You will receive the return logistics address and shipping instructions from our support team.

Ship the package strictly according to the provided instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return concerns a defective or incorrectly delivered product.
3. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (such as food items or plants).

Personalized or custom-made products.

Opened hygiene, self-care, or domestic cleaning products.

Dangerous substances, flammable liquids, or pressurized gases.

Digital products after delivery (such as downloadable guides or software).

Gift cards and clearance/final sale items.

Utility items showing signs of physical misuse, improper installation, or accidental drops.
4. Defective or incorrect delivery
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Is the product defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered? Contact us within 14 days via support@spacifyshop.com attached with clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will ensure a prompt and suitable solution (a free replacement or a full refund).
5. Exchange
Would you like to exchange an item for a different model or variant? The most efficient way is to return the received product for a refund and place a new, separate order for the desired item.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive a status confirmation by email.

If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

(Please allow for additional processing time depending on your bank or credit card provider).

Any original shipping costs paid will only be refunded in the event of a verified defective or incorrect delivery.
