At Spacify Shop, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, regardless of the reason. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with all labels, and in the original packaging.

Send an email to support@spacifyshop.com with your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos of the product.

We will confirm the return request by email and send you the return address and further instructions.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Our products are shipped directly from our international distribution center in China. Returns are processed via our logistics partner address, which we will provide to you once your request has been approved.

The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless it concerns a defective or incorrectly delivered item.

Please check your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a suitable solution (replacement or refund).

As soon as we have received and checked your return, you will receive the refund within 10 working days via the same payment method used to place the order. Please allow for additional processing time at your bank or credit card company.

For hygiene or safety reasons, we do not accept returns of personal care products, custom-made items, perishable goods, and hazardous substances.
